The instructor

An Australian eye, two decades in the room

Siobhan Reilly began in movement as a professional dancer and fitness instructor in Cairns, Australia, before bringing her practice to Las Vegas more than twenty years ago. What started in performance became a lifelong study of how the body is meant to move.

Today she is one of the city's most experienced private Pilates instructors, trained comprehensively in both the STOTT and Peak Pilates methods and grounded in anatomy, biomechanics, and corrective exercise. She is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist, which shapes the way she builds lasting, protective strength in every client.

Siobhan is a quiet argument for what she teaches. She is an advocate for ageless longevity, training that does not fight age but outpaces it, and she holds herself to the same standard she sets for the people she guides.

  • STOTT Pilates, comprehensive training
  • Peak Pilates, comprehensive training
  • Certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS)
  • Certified personal trainer (CPT)
  • Certified yoga instructor
  • B.A. in physical education

The philosophy

Training for the next thirty years

Most training asks how you look this season. Ageless longevity asks a harder question. How well will you move at 60, at 70, at 80? Bone density, balance, joint health, and mobility are not given back easily once they slip. The work to keep them is best begun now, and done precisely.

Siobhan's method is built for the long arc of a life. Every session protects the spine and joints while building the deep, usable strength that keeps you independent, upright, and capable for decades. It is demanding, it is exacting, and it is designed so you can do it for the rest of your life.
